  • SALOON GARDEN @ NC Music Factory, Charlotte, NC: 1,400 SF, of new wood deck with metal awning including new outdoor bar, band area, DJ area, drink rails, lounge space, game space, new furniture, and landscaping. 2011
  • DIAMOND RESTAURANT, Charlotte, NC: Owners wanted to maintain the feel of the old place so we did a complete renovation of the existing kitchen and rear storage area, created a clean, sanitary, Health code compliant kitchen environment. A few modifications were made to the restaurant to satisfy life/safety requirements. Permitted through the Rehab code. 2011
  • COMEDY ZONE @ NC Music Factory, Charlotte, NC: Renovation of existing 7,000 SF, basement space under the existing Saloon Restaurant/Bar. The basement and part of the Saloon will be renovated to include a new entry stair from the Saloon, a new service stair from the Saloon kitchen, new exterior ADA entrance, service bar, new restrooms, and a large showroom. The showroom seats 400 for dining, will be 3 tiered levels with the stage on the middle tier. 2011
  • SMALL BAR @ NC Music Factory, Charlotte, NC: 1,074 SF, renovation including bar, restrooms, and new outdoor deck. 2011
  • JFG Sign @ NC Music Factory, Charlotte, NC: Rezoning amendments, code review and all permits for the sign to be placed atop a structure at the Mills. 2011
  • CPCC HARRIS CAMPUS ASPIRE BISTRO, Charlotte, NC: Renovation of a former bookstore into a 1,400 SF casual bistro that seats 32. 2011
  • MATTIES DINER @ NC Music Factory, Charlotte, NC: rejuvanation of an old Diner into a funky Diner and patio area with extra storage at the back. 2010
  • COSMO’S ALLEY, Charlotte, NC: Collaboration with Boris Tomic to renovate the Alley behind Cosmo’s Restaurant and at entrances of Forum and Pravda Clubs into an exciting gathering place. 2010
  • FORUM / PRAVDA, Charlotte, NC: Collaboration with Boris Tomic to renovate, update and reconfigure both nightclubs. 2010
  • COSMOS @ BALLENTYNE, Charlotte, NC: Design collaboration with Boris Tomic for a 5,782 SF, chic bar and restaurant that seats 280 people featuring a round bar, patio seating, tiered seating inside with an open chef’s kitchen. 2009
  • REAR COURTYARD @ NC MUSIC FACTORY, Charlotte, NC: Designed as the Food Court to service the Time Warner Wireless Amphitheater the space includes public restrooms, food services with space for vendors and a courtyard with a large tree and vines growing on wire up the sides of the buildings. 2009
  • BUTTER NC @ NC Music Factory, Charlotte, NC: A collaborative effort with designer Francois Frossard of TAI in Miami. This 8,300 SF nightclub is the sister club to Butter in NYC. It has a contemporary, eclectic decor that goes throughout the 2-story club with two oak dance fl oors, three large bars, multiple video projections, outside seating and VIP area. 2009

  • BLACK BEAR SALOON @ NC Music Factory, Charlotte, NC: Collaboration with their archtiect to design the restaurant and get it through code. 2009

  • LIVE NATION SITE PLAN FOR AMPHITHEATER, Charlotte, NC: Site Plan for the planned Amphitheater including a new entrance and parking. 2008
  • SOUL GASTROLOUNGE, Charlotte, NC: Renovation of an old 2nd. story space in historic Plaza Midwood, into an upscale lounge / restaurant / bar that included a new kitchen, bar, DJ booth, new signage and new steel deck for the best view of Downtown Charlotte. 2008

  • UPSTREAM RESTAURANT ADDITION, Phillips Place – Charlotte, NC: Addition of a new private dinning room, outdoor 3-season patio dining and new entrance and bathroom up fits. 2007
  • GRUBB PROPERTIES, Restaurant Shell, Charlotte, NC: The 3,500 SF, steel frame structure was designed as a store front, in-fi ll project. The design addresses the front of the building with a set- back to create a brick patterned dining patio to maintain the NoFo restaurant entrance and an inviting rear entrance to the restaurant. 2007
  • NC MUSIC FACTORY 3 OUTDOOR PROJECTS, Charlotte, NC: Designs for 3 separate areas of the site as focal points for the Factory. Included the Rear Stage and Courtyard (Now Roadrunner Wireless Amphitheater and Concession area), Front Courtyard (now Tipping Point) and Live Music Club (now The Fillmore) 2006
  • NC MUSIC FACTORY MASTER PLAN, Charlotte, NC: Master Plan for the 36 acre site in Fourth Ward to turn an abandoned Mill into an entertainment destination. 2005
  • BOJANGLES’ HOLDINGS INC., Charlotte, NC: Worked with the corporation to design a new Bojangles’ restaurant prototype in 2003.
