- INNERVISION, Charlotte, NC: Interior renovation of the existing 14,700 SF 2-story building formerly occupied by the YWCA. The existing building was renovated to accommodate the programs, classrooms, offices and restrooms needed for InnerVision’s programs. 2010
- WPC / TERRACON, Charlotte, NC: Renovation of existing offices and labs to accommodate the newly combined companies. 2010
- URBAN SKIN SOLUTIONS, Charlotte, NC: Interior upfit design for an upscale retail space. 2010
- LA VOCI SPA, Charlotte, NC: Design for a medical spa in an historic fire house in SouthEnd. Design included, entrance retail space, curved stair, 12 stylist stations, wash area, hidden storage and kitchen downstairs. Upstairs includes manager’s office, nurses office, manicure space, massage rooms, bathrooms and secure file storage. 2009

- NC MUSIC FACTORY BASEMENT OFFICES, Charlotte, NC: Renovations to the basement area of Mill 2 from a heavy manufacturing site into modern office space including extra wide hallways with stained concrete floors, new public restrooms, ADA compliant entrances and exits. 2006

- CREATIVE LOAFING OFFICES @ NC Music Factory, Charlotte, NC: $350,000 + renovations and interior design for 7,000 SF open office environment that includes a round conference room, kitchen, storage, dock service, interactive editors space, all accented with color that denotes space use. 2005

- K-BO CORPORATION, Statesville, NC: Renovated building for a franchise company that included offices, training rooms, break room, kitchen and conference rooms. 2004
- FIBER MILLS LLC, NC MUSIC FACTORY, Charlotte, NC: 200,000 SF of renovation and modernization projects over a 5 year period of an urban, circa 1900’s mill complex to adaptive mixed use. Several individual projects are on going and the phases range from Master Planning/Design to Construction Admin. Currently to $7 million. 2003 - present
